Disclaimer

• By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my Terms of Services. You also must be 18 or older.
  The client will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices and rules.

• Please be 100% sure that you want to commission me and that you have the available funds.
  You will then contact me regarding your proposed project or fill out the form I provided, revealing any details. Additional information can be added, but please be clear when giving details or asking for changes. Use of example images, palettes and gallery examples is encouraged.

Wait for my answer so we can discuss further process.

• If you bought your character design I will NOT accept your commission if you don't have the commercial rights/permission from the artist of your design.

• I will send you several WIPs when I start the commission, so you can tell me if you'd like anything to be changed. Once the commission is finished I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. I will not make any big changes afterwards, it is your responsibilty
  to ensure that your order contains the details you want me to follow.
  I won't redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.

• By commissioning me you're purchasing my services as an artist only.
  I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but aren't limited to the right to:
  redistribute, reproduce or use it as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
  I'll respect your privacy request if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly.
  I won't claim the intellectual property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
  I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions.
  I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for any future projects, be it personal or otherwise.

• Personal use only, if not commissioned for commercial purposes. Commercial usage includes using for Streaming activites, merch, patreon etc. If unsure please talk to me beforehand.

• If you commission me for commercial purposes, the base prices in my commission info do not apply. Commercial commissions will be charged x1,5-x3 of the base price.

• If the character of the commission is not your OC I might sell merch of it in the future. As a gift u may ask me for a digital copy of other artworks I have done.

• My drawings always come with a (small) watermark unless your commission is a commercial one!

Deadlines and delivery

• Depending on complexity of the commission I might take up to 1-6 months for your commission. I appreciate patience and not being rushed for a commission since I always try to put in as much energy as I can. Rush fees (+ 50% of final price) will be applied if a deadline does not work with my usual turnaround time schedule.
