Shipping
Do you accept orders placed outside of Germany?
Yes, I ship all of my merchandise worldwide! Please note that custom fees may apply for shipping to the USA. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to new customs regulations, I’m currently unable to send orders by letter. All orders will therefore be shipped via DHL as a parcel. The maximum value is €100.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may between 2 and 12 weeks.
Can you sign the prints or artbooks?
Yes, of course! Please leave a note in the checkout when you bought an item.
How long you need to ship my order?
I need around 5-7 business days to ship your order. If it’s not shipped after 7 days please contact me. I will respond within 1 day.
What payment methods I have? Is it secure?
The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club or if you want you can choose bank transfer.
My order arrived damaged or was missing something!
Should your order arrived damaged or something was missing, please send me an e-mail with your order number. Please also include a detailed description of the issue and in case of damage, include a picture of the affected goods. You can reach me at miyulein@googlemail.com
