Refund and cancellation

• I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I haven't started working on the sketch.
  Once I start your commission I can't refund the full amount.

Not started: 100% refund
(Clean) sketch: 70% refund + sketch is sent
Once I'll reach the lineart status there'll be NO REFUNDS.

• Please keep in mind that once you cancel a commission your commission slot is permanently lost.
  I will start after I have received the payment and all the required information.

• I hold the right to decline or cancel a commission and refund the money after the payment has been received.
